Mayor Rody Duterte shows to public his BPI bank statement
The camp of Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte on Saturday released a bank document showing that his account had a balance of about P27,000.
Duterte’s party said the bank statement listing the transactions of his account at the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) branch on Julia Vargas Avenue in Pasig City showed that he did not have millions in the bank as alleged by Sen. Antonio Trillanes
The summary of deposits showed that from Dec. 31, 2015, to March 31, the mayor had a balance amounting to P17,668, which increased to P27,024.09 by April 29.
